Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, but the noise from the street was a bit bothersome. The service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff. The location was ideal for exploring all the main attractions on foot. The dining experience was enjoyable, although the area could get busy at times. Overall, a good value for the money.
During some of our stay, the rooms were very spacious and functional, with a TV, comfortable armchair, and an ensuite bathroom that was spacious and clean. The staff, coming in and out at all hours of the day, were really kind and helpful, always available on the phone. The location's lovely, perfect for getting around easily, and ideal with all the main attractions a short distance away. The dining experience, after eating breakfast, consisted of a variety of choices and was really nice, offering a selection of cold meats, fruits, yogurts, and pastries. The facilities were well-equipped and provided comfort and convenience.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were cold enough even without AC but could get a bit noisy with open windows. Breakfast was served in a small space lacking amenities. The location was superb, nestled between the vibrant Old Town and the charming Jewish Quarter. However, being on the 2nd floor with no elevator was inconvenient.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk to both the Old Town and the Jewish Quarter. The rooms were top-notch, although a bit sandy at this time of year. The service was excellent, although there was a minor slip-up about our arrival time. Breakfast was decent but lacked a bit of variety. Overall, a great value for the money.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the old town and all the main attractions. The rooms were beautifully decorated with tall ceilings and modern fixtures, although they were a bit close together. The staff was incredibly helpful in changing my room, which was a nice touch. The dining options were basic but had all the necessities. Overall, a great value for money and a wonderful experience!
The hotel has a great location, only a 5-10 minute walk to main attractions. The rooms are comfortable for two people, but light curtains make early mornings bright, and noise can be an issue with open windows. Breakfast is served in a separate smaller space. The staff is friendly and helpful, with limited service hours. The dining experience offers a variety of options and is laid out in the main seating area daily.
I stayed at Angel House II in Krakow. The location was superb, being just a short walk away from both the main square and the Jewish quarter. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, though it could get a bit noisy in the morning. The service was a bit clumsy but ultimately satisfactory. The dining options were basic, but the communal kitchen setup was convenient.
Staying at this hotel was a real treat! The rooms were delightful, tastefully decorated, and very clean, making for a comfortable stay. However, they were a bit smaller than expected, but the large bed with a canopy and additional single bed made up for it. Just note, being on the 2nd floor with no elevator can be a bit of a workout.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, though a bit small, were clean and nicely decorated. The service was top-notch, with the staff being extremely helpful in arranging tours and shuttles. The location was very convenient, close to major tourist attractions like Wawel Castle. The dining options were basic but provided the essentials. The facilities were well-presented and added to the overall positive experience.
The apartment is small and basic, but it's surprisingly brilliant behind the shady exterior. It's noisy all day and night, and the price is quite expensive, despite not needing much space when on vacation in a city.
